All-Ireland champions set to dominate All-Star nominations 

The respective selection committees will decide the football and hurler award shortlists this week.

All-Ireland senior champions Armagh and Clare will be expected to dominate the PwC All-Star nominations when they are announced later this week.

The newly-constituted selection committees will meet in Dublin on Wednesday when they will decide on a long-list of 45 players – three goalkeepers, 18 defenders, six midfielders and 18 forwards – in each code.
