Waterford senior hurlers’ new performance coach Shane O’Sullivan says the county has to “unite the clans” as they look to put years of disappointment behind them.

Ballygunner man O’Sullivan claimed his 14th senior county medal on Sunday, his 11th in succession. He was recently recruited by new Déise manager Peter Queally who is looking to tap into the winning culture of the county’s most dominant hurling club and has spoken about bringing in another of O’Sullivan’s club-mates.
