A vote to recommend moving the All-Ireland senior finals into August from next year is expected to take place at September’s Central Council meeting.

At Saturday’s Ard Chomhairle meeting, the Central Competitions Control Committee (CCCC) made it clear that their recommendation is for the split season to be retained with the All-Ireland senior finals taking place before the end of July.
