Football format anomalies may be addressed says GAA president Jarlath Burns

The presence of at least two teams that have lost three times in next week’s All-Ireland senior football preliminary quarter-final draw is “not great”, admits GAA president Jarlath Burns.

The Armagh native has given a strong indication there will be a proposal to change the format of the competition.
