Offaly boss Johnny Kelly has pleaded with the GAA to address the 'incredibly frustrating' issue of not being able to communicate with players during games.

Kelly guided the Faithful County to Joe McDonagh Cup success last weekend, securing them an All-Ireland preliminary quarter-final clash with Cork this Saturday.
