NOT CROKE PARK: Mayo chairman Seamus Touhy has claimed the county have requested their All-Ireland SFC final round game in Group 2 against Dublin not be played in Croke Park next month.

Mayo chairman Seamus Touhy has claimed the county have requested their All-Ireland SFC final round game in Group 2 against Dublin not be played in Croke Park next month.

Touhy said at a board meeting on Wednesday night that they have contacted the authorities to request the match not be staged at GAA HQ where Dublin played their home Division 1 games and face Roscommon in their "home" All-Ireland SFC round opener on Saturday.
