There are no easy games in Leinster hurling. Well, there are plenty of easy games in Leinster hurling but highlighting them as such in advance, and deciding for which team they’ll be easy, is the trick.

Right, same approach as a couple of weeks ago. The stuff of considerable moment taking place in Munster – you may have seen something about it lately – is being handled by Dalo and the boys. The stuff of little less moment taking place in Leinster constitutes the opening few pars here again.

No reason why it should be otherwise. It’s been a lorra, lorra fun. This isn’t so much a provincial championship as a massive game of snakes and ladders.
