Galway to be without Cooke for 2024

Speaking after their opening Allianz League defeat against Mayo, Joyce said the return of All-Star Liam Silke has been delayed while Cooke, who rejoined the panel last year, has opted out for this coming campaign.

Pádraic Joyce has confirmed Galway will be without Peter Cooke for 2024 while Cillian McDaid is set to miss the entire league.

James McLaughlin and Cian Hernon are also unavailable due to Erasmus.
