Meath GAA clubs warned about 'tarmac scam'

It is reported that a tarmac contractor carried out unauthorised work at a number of Louth GAA club grounds.

Meath GAA clubs have been warned about a 'tarmac scam' in the region after a club in the north-east was caught out.

A warning signed off by Royal County secretary Ciaran Flynn and distributed to clubs noted a 'concerning incident involving a GAA club which fell victim to a deceptive tarmac scam'.
