Mark Rodgers says it will require performance gains from several Clare players to make up for the loss of Tony Kelly in the coming months.
The Banner captain is facing a race to be fit for their opening Munster SHC round game against Limerick in Ennis on April 21 after another ankle operation. Kelly was forced to wear a protective boot last August after suffering a suspected broken bone.
