For Fossa’s Adrian Sheehan, it was pain and pride post-match in Austin Stack Park. He watched his side respond admirably to a half-time deficit only to concede a goal. They came again, went up by one and Milltown/Castlemaine hit back once again.

That second goal came thanks to a powerful run by exciting prospect Cillian Burke. He sent Brendan Casey away for his second green flag. Sheehan saw that train coming. They just weren’t able to halt it.
