Describing their catchment areas on their websites, it’s not uncommon for GAA clubs in Dublin to conclude the list with “and beyond”.

What may serve as a nod to those members who have since moved to different areas and abroad also works as a reminder that there is no parish rule in the capital and so the nets can be cast long and wide.
