Camogie is set to trial dramatic rule changes with a view to improving the flow of play.

The most striking trial is the introduction of a mark for clean catches of a puckout that travels beyond the 45m line. Other notable tweaks include the legalisation of the shoulder, a development many observers have been calling for.
