The nominees have been announced for the 2026 TG4 Players’ Player of the Year Awards in the senior, intermediate and junior grades.

The winners will be revealed at the 2026 TG4 All-Star Awards banquet at The Bonnington Dublin Hotel on Saturday, November 14th.

Galway’s TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship winner Olivia Divilly is nominated for the TG4 Senior Players’ Player of the Year award alongside Kerry captain Síofra O’Shea and Armagh’s Aimee Mackin.

Divilly, who was also nominated for this award last year, finished the 2026 TG4 All-Ireland Championship season with a tally of 2-27, including three points in the final against Kerry as the Tribeswomen landed the Brendan Martin Cup for the first time since 2004.

O’Shea, meanwhile, registered five points for runners-up Kerry in the showpiece decider, and her overall haul of 3-30 saw her finish as top scorer in the 2026 TG4 All-Ireland Senior Championship.

Armagh’s season ended at the semi-final stage but Mackin was majestic nevertheless for the Orchard County. In four games in the TG4 All-Ireland series, she totalled 5-12, including a remarkable 3-2 in Armagh’s opening game against Cork in the group phase.

All three players have also been nominated for TG4 All-Star Awards.

The intermediate shortlist, meanwhile, features players from champions Roscommon, Fermanagh and Westmeath.

TG4 All-Ireland intermediate final player of the match, Saoirse Wynne, is in the running, alongside Fermanagh’s free-scoring Eimear Smyth and Westmeath’s Anna Jones.

All three players were named recently on the 2026 TG4 Intermediate Team of the Championship.

In the junior grade, captain Róisín Bailey and Sara Doyle from TG4 All-Ireland finalists Carlow are in the running, with Antrim’s TG4 All-Ireland final matchwinner and ZuCar Golden Boot winner Maria O’Neill also shortlisted.

Bailey, Doyle and O’Neill were all named recently on the TG4 Junior Team of the Championship.

The nominees in all three categories were selected by fellow inter-county players, who could not vote for their own team-mates.
