Kilkenny great Michael Fennelly reckons hurling's provincial championships aren't working and should be discarded in favour of two mixed groups.

The eight-time All-Ireland winner and former Offaly manager said that the 'Leinster' championships makes little sense to him for starters, with Antrim and Galway both participating.
