GAA chiefs plead with fans to enjoy All-Ireland finals in "a safe and sensible manner"

GAA President John Horan and the Association's Director General Tom Ryan have this afternoon penned an open letter pleading with fans to watch and celebrate the upcoming All-Ireland finals with 'their safety and that of others in mind.'

It called on supporters to "help the GAA to fulfil its role by playing your part and think for a minute about how you can watch and enjoy the games with both your safety and that of others in mind over the course of what should be a memorable fortnight of games."
