Cork camogie manager Paudie Murray was far from downbeat after his side were beaten by three points against defending champions Galway in the Liberty Insurance All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship.

“I’m very proud of them,” said Murray of the 0-15 to 0-12 defeat. “I’m disappointed with some of the stuff that went on out there, players taking eight or nine steps, dropping the hurley. But from our own display, I’m very proud of them, they’re a young team and they’re developing. They showed massive character out there.
