The ending of a 94-year gap to their last Championship victory in HQ was celebrated loudly by the group of fans who have followed this team to Dungarvan, Killarney and Cavan on their way to an All-Ireland semi-final.

They may have been kept off the field after the game, but there was no moving the supporters in the stands.
