Most supporters expected it to be in either Galway’s Pearse Stadium or MacHale Park in Castlebar, but organisers have chosen Hyde Park in Roscommon to hold the venue.

Connacht last night announced the venue for the Connacht football final between Mayo and Sligo on July 19, and many GAA fans are very unhappy with their choice.
