Dowling hits out at 'personal abuse' in text message

Limerick scoring hero Shane Dowling launched a blistering broadside on his detractors following today's sensational Munster SHC semi-final victory over Tipperary at Semple Stadium.

Dowling, 21, scored 2-9 for the Shannonsiders, including a sensational late goal as the visitors came from three points down to claim a landmark win.
