Mount Leinster Rangers, Dr Crokes and Ballinderry claimed AIB Provincial Senior titles in Leinster, Munster and Ulster respectively this afternoon.

Leinster Senior Hurling honours went to a Carlow club for the first time, as Mount Leinster Rangers staged a solid second half display to take provincial silverware, following an 0-11 to 0-8 win over Oulart the Ballagh.

Oulart were guilty of eight wides during an opening half that saw the sides level on three occasions, before points from Des Mythen and Eoin Moore handed the Wexford side a 0-5 to 0-3 interval lead.

Martin Storey's charges pushed three points clear early in the second half following a Darren Nolan score, but Mount Leinster Rangers held Oulart scoreless over the following 20 minutes.

Five unanswered points, including four-in-a-row from free-taker Denis Murphy handed Rangers a lead they wouldn't relinquish.

Scenes of jubilation greeted the full-time whistle of referee John Keenan, with Mount Leinster Rangers captain David Phelan lifting the O'Neill Cup after the game.

The 2012 All-Ireland Intermediate Champions fairytale journey continues at Senior level next February when Mount Leinster Rangers will face 2012 All-Ireland Senior Loughgiel Shamrocks in the All-Ireland semi-final.

Dr Crokes were pushed all the way by a determined Cratloe side, before a late Johnny Buckley point earned the Kerry outfit their sixth AIB Munster Senior Club Football title and third in succession, following a 0-13 to 0-12 win at Limerick's Gaelic Grounds.

Scores from Enda Boyce and Sean Chaplin handed Cratoe an early 0-2 to 0-0 lead, but Crokes firmly took control and held a seven-point interval advantage, as scores from Kieran O'Leary, Brian Looney, Daithi Casey and Colm Cooper ensured a 0-10 to 0-3 score-line at the break.

Cratloe firmly upped their game on the restart, with a trio of unanswered points cutting the gap, and although Brian Looney bagged a 43rd minute point for Crokes, scores from Cathal McInerney, Fergal Lynch and Sean Collins helped to level the tie.

The dismissal of Colm Cooper on a second yellow card in the 54th minute threatened to derail Dr. Crokes.

McInerney's fifth point edged Cratloe ahead with three minutes of normal time remaining, but Buckley's last-gasp injury-time point handed Crokes provincial silverware once again.

Derry's Ballinderry Shamrocks bounced back from an early Glenswilly goal to claim Ulster Senior Football honours for the first time since 2001, thanks to a 1-13 to 2-6 win at Healy Park, Omagh this afternoon.

Michael Murphy registered a goal for the Donegal side after just 27 seconds, but Shamrocks bounced back with a Michael McIver goal helping them to a 1-6 to 1-2 interval advantage.

A 33rd minute Caolan Kelly goal revived Glenswilly, who moved into a 2-5 to 1-7 lead inside 10 minutes of the restart following a Darren McGinley point.

However, Shamrocks finished strongly with six of the last seven points, including scores from Conleth Gilligan; Darren Conway and brothers Cóilín and Aaron Devlin to ensure Conor Nevin lifted the Seamus McFerran Cup after the game.

Ballinderry will now face London champions Kingdom Kerry Gaels in the All-Ireland quarter-final on December 15th.
