Four players were dismissed in Derry's win over London, while Armagh and Meath were also victorious in Division 3A of the Allianz Hurling League this afternoon.

At Banagher, Derry overcame London's challenge for a 1-14 to 1-13 victory which saw them finish top of the table. They will meet Wicklow in the upcoming final.

Antrim referee Garrett Duffy was certainly a busy figure, with two players each from the Derry and London sides being sent-off.

The game was a closely-contested affair throughout. Derry's Kevin Hinphey scored a first half goal, but London were level at the break - 1-06 to 0-09.

Not much separated the sides on the restart, with a last gasp score from Paddy Kelly signalling the victory for the Oak Leafers.

Armagh recorded their first win of the campaign when they got the better of a previously unbeaten Wicklow outfit at the Athletic Grounds.

Declan Coulter and Conor Corvan netted two goals each in this 5-11 to 2-14 win, with Kieran McKernan claiming the Orchard County's other goal.

Armagh led by 3-06 to 1-07 at half-time in a game which saw the hosts on top throughout.

Meanwhile, Meath completed their league run with a 2-19 to 3-13 success over Kildare in a high-scoring encounter at Newbridge.

Kevin Walzer had the ball in the net for the hosts after just 9 seconds, but Meath recovered to lead by 1-12 to 1-08 at half-time. Michael Cole garnered the Royals' first half goal from a sideline cut.

Despite an energetic rally from Kildare, Meath took the spoils with Derek Doran netting their second goal.
