Brogan: County teams should pick their own close season

Last year’s footballer of the year Bernard Brogan has called on the GAA to allow county teams pick their own two-month close season.

The Dublin forward believes the suggestion is a much better one than the status quo, a one-size-fits-all moratorium on inter-county activity in November and December.
