Wilson out for Westmeath

Westmeath footballers have been dealt a blow ahead of their Leinster SFC semi-final on Sunday week, with the news that Fergal Wilson is likely to be ruled out with a suspected cruciate ligament injury.

Wilson is awaiting the results of a scan on the injury he sustained while in action for his club Tubberclair against Tang in the Division 2 of the Westmeath Senior Football League last Sunday.
