CAC turn down Moran appeal

The GAA have confirmed that Dublin footballer Colie Moran’s Appeal to the Central Appeals Committee failed last night.

The Central Appeals Committee found that there has been no clear infringement or misapplication of Rule by the Central Hearings Committee or that Colie Moran’s right to a fair hearing has not been compromised to such extent that a clear injustice has occurred.

Colie Moran has now exhausted all his avenues of Appeal within the GAA. However, he has the option of lodging a request for Arbitration to the DRA.
