Draw sees Fermanagh promoted to Division 2

Fourteen-man Fermanagh lost their first league point of the 2008 campaign but still maintained their unbeaten run at Lisnakea today.

The draw with Wexford was enough to ensure Fermanagh's promotion to Division 2.

A straight red card for Shane Goan almost cost the hosts dearly. Goals from Mark Murphy and Eamon Maguire saw them burst into an early 2-2 to 0-0 lead.

Sharpshooter Mattie Forde (0-7) helped Wexford go ahead, but a late Damien Kelly point levelled for the Ernesiders.
