Wicklow rumoured to have agreed terms with Mick O'Dwyer

Mick O'Dwyer is likely to be named manager of the Wicklow senior football team next week.

The former Kerry, Kildare and Laois boss has apparently agreed terms with the Garden County, who have never won a title at national or provincial level.

The 70-year-old had also been linked with Carlow and Tipperary.

There has been no comment from Wicklow officials today, apart from saying that a meeting of the Wicklow management committee is due to take place on Monday.
