Brian McIver's Donegal side earned a second bite at the NFL Division Two title as they stormed back to gain a replay at Breffni Park today.

Louth looked home and dry in today's final – leading by seven points at one stage. But 2003 All-Star Adrian Sweeney, who kicked 0-04, helped revive Donegal's fortunes.

Goals from Aaron Hoey (22 minutes) and Mark Stanfield, from a 34th-minute penalty, helped the Wee men turn around with a 2-06 to 0-05 lead.

Donegal launched a fierce fight-back, outscoring Louth by 0-12 to 1-02 in the second half. Martin Farrelly's late goal was vital for Louth.
