Changes up front for Galway

Galway manager Conor Hayes has altered his attack for tomorrow's crucial NHL Division 1B tussle with Tipperary (Semple Stadium, throw-in 3.30pm).

Having missed the 3-12 to 0-05 win over Laois two weeks ago, Athenry ace Eugene Cloonan returns at full-forward. David Forde of Clarinbridge will man the centre half-forward berth. Kevin Brady and Donal Donoghue are the players to miss out in the reshuffle.

Defeat for the Tribesmen would almost certainly end their bid for a place in the knock-out stages, whilst Tipp (3 points) sit only a point above Hayes' men in the table.

Galway will be looking for another big performance from 2005 All-Star Ger Farragher, who scored 1-06 against Laois last time out and 0-17 in the previous games against Limerick and Antrim.

Tomorrow's clash is a repeat of last season's All-Ireland SHC quarter final which Galway won by 2-20 to 2-18 at Croke Park.

GALWAY (NHL v Tipperary) - L Donoghue; D Joyce, T Og Regan, G Mahon; D Hardiman, C Dervan, D Collins; F Healy, S Kavanagh; D Tierney, D Forde, R Murray; G Farragher, E Cloonan, N Healy.
