Kerry's Guiney expected to face Tipp

Kerry boss Jack O'Connor is tonight expected to name defender Brendan Guiney in his side to take on Tipperary in Sunday's Munster SFC first-round at Thurles.

Kerry boss Jack O'Connor is tonight expected to name defender Brendan Guiney in his side to take on Tipperary in Sunday's Munster SFC first-round at Thurles.

Guiney is expected to be named at wing-back, with Tomás O Sé in the heart of defence, flanked on the other wing by Seamus Moynihan.

Guiney is set to replace Eamon Fitzmaurice.

Declan Quill is also set for a return, having recovered from a collar bone injury.
