McDonald to captain Mayo

Ciaran McDonald will captain the Mayo senior footballers for this year's league and championship campaigns.

The centre-forward, who won an All Star this year, played a crucial role in steering John Maughan's side to the All-Ireland final, which they lost to Kerry.
