Harte joins new rules critics

Tyrone boss Mickey Harte has weighed in with his criticism of the new football experimental rule changes.

The All-Ireland-winning manager said he was not impressed with the changes, which Ulster teams will not adopt, but says the Ulster counties won't be at a disadvantage when the National League begins.
