Kernan unhappy at rule changes

Armagh boss Joe Kernan is unhappy with the experimental rule changes in football, and the fact that Ulster have chosen not to use them in the upcoming Dr McKenna Cup.

The All-Ireland-winning manager feels the rule changes will give the other county sides a head start in the National League.
