Monaghan plump for McEnaney
Seamus McEnaney, the brother of Pat - one of Gaelic football's leading referees - has succeeded Colm Coyle as the new Monaghan manager.
Formerly the Farney county's Under 21 boss, McEnaney will be assisted by Gerry Hoey, Bernie Murray and three-time Ulster SFC winner Gerry McCarville.
Coyle, who took over from Jack McCarville two years ago this month, watched his side finish 15 points behind Armagh in their Ulster championship opener on May 23, and crash out of the qualifiers to four-goal Longford three weeks later.
Monaghan won the last of their 17 Ulster SFC crowns in 1988.
The county board also ratified Eamonn O'Hara as under-21 manager for next season, with Paddy Bates handling the Minor team.
