Longford referee Murtagh gets six-month ban

Inter-county referee Eugene Murtagh has been banned for six months and his club has been flung out of the Longford County Junior football championship.

Murtagh was suspended after he lined out for his club, Seamus Connollys, and was sent off for verbally abusing the game's referee.
