Galway hurlers leave vacancy for league final

Galway boss Conor Hayes has left a vacancy at midfield ahead of Sunday's NHL Division One final against Waterford at the Gaelic Grounds.

Hayes wants to give Fergal Healy every chance to reach full fitness and take his place beside Tong Óg Regan in the middle third.

Healy picked up a rib injury during the Tribesmen's league tie against Limerick.
