Rebels give new blood start on Sunday
Cork hurling boss Donal O'Grady has named six debutants in his side ahead of Sunday's NHL opener with neighbours Limerick.
It promises to be a fiery date but O'Grady has no problem introducing fresh faces.
Graham Callanan, John O'Callaghan, Michael Byrne, Brendan Lombard, Adrian Coughlan and Aidan Fitzpatrick all start.
Elsewhere, just Timmy McCarthy remains in attack from the side that lost the All-Ireland final last September with Joe Deane, Alan Browne and Setanta Ó hAilpín all absent.
Cork (SH v Limerick): D Og Cusack; A Fitzpatrick, D O'Sullivan, M Prendergast; G Callanan, R Curran, S Óg Ó hAilpín; T Kenny, A Coughlan; J O'Callaghan, M Byrne, T McCarthy; B Lombard, E Collins, E Fitzgerald.
