Kelly favours introduction of sin bin

GAA President Sean Kelly has revealed the introduction of a sin bin would be favourable to him as it would make games more competitive and ease pressure on referees.

At present red card offences turn the course of games and often leave referees under pressure to favour the team who has been punished.
