Waterford chiefs seek Munster deferral

Waterford hurling chiefs have sought a postponement for next Sunday's Munster club championship semi-final tie because of delays with running off their county competition.

Mount Sion and Ballygunner drew in the Waterford final at the weekend and the replay is next Saturday - just 24 hours before the winners are pencilled in to meet Patrickswell in the Munster championship.
