The players from Wexford and Cork who accepted sponsorship deals from Paddy Power bookmakers have been told they face suspensions of up to six months each after allegedly breaking official GAA rules.

Wexford's Paul Codd and Damien Fitzhenry along with Cork's Seán Óg Ó hAilpín accepted deals worth €750 each from the high profile bookies and sported the company's logo on their hurls at Croke Park yesterday.
