Injury concerns mount for Galway

Galway football manager John O'Mahony is sweating over the fitness of a number of key players ahead of Monday's All-Ireland quarter-final clash with Donegal at Croke Park.

Of chief concern is U-21 star Kevin Brady (jaw) who was Man of the Match in the Tribesmen's Connacht semi-final defeat of Roscommon last Sunday week while Sean Og de Paor (thigh) and Michael Comer (back) are doubtful.

Meanwhile, Donegal boss Brian McEniff is out for revenge and said: "I lost the top of my thumb when we played Galway in the 1974 All-Ireland semi-final. Nine years later, I was managing Donegal when we got caught by a last minute goal by Val Daly in the semi-final."
