Micko won't appeal Fitzpatrick dismissal

Laois will not appeal the controversial dismissal of defender Kevin Fitzpatrick in Sunday's Leinster final defeat of Kildare, boss Mick O'Dwyer has confirmed.

Fitzpatrick will now be ruled out of the All-Ireland quarter-final but O'Dwyer said an appeal would be a "waste of time".
