Tipperary defender Eamon Corcoran has expressed his delight at being thrown a lifeline to take part in Sunday's hurling qualifier clash with Galway.

The former Allstar's three month suspension is up on Saturday night and the GAC agreed to Tipp's request to have the game played on Sunday to oblige the player.
