Kildare in counter protest

The dispute between Kildare and Sligo rumbles on with Kildare now alleging that their opponents fielded an ineligible player when the sides met recently.

Last year Kildare were stripped of a point in the same NFL fixture and this year Sligo claimed that Kildare had broken the rules again by failing to name substitutes on their official team sheet.
