Kerry skipper Barry O'Shea has been boosted by the news that a leg injury picked up last weekend is not as bad as first thought.

The Kerins O'Rahilly's man was injured while on club duty last weekend prompting fears that he may have aggravated an old cruciate injury.

But Kerry PRO Willie O'Connor said: "I am informed that the knock was not as bad as originally feared and we would be hopeful Barry will be available for Sunday."

Mike Frank Russell (hamstring), Aodán MacGearailt (shoulder) and Colm Cooper (suspended) are all out for the league clash with Dublin.
