Dublin goalkeeper joins Meath

Former Dublin goalkeeper Davy Byrne has transferred from the Ballymun Kickhams club to Ratoath in Meath.

Although no Ratoath players are on the Meath senior panel the player who was defeated in three Leinster finals against the Royals is sure to get plenty of stick.

Elsewhere in Meath, county star Evan Kelly will move from junior football to join up with Simonstown Gaels while Graham Geraghty has applied to join the Athboy/An Ghaeltacht amalgamation, Clan na Gael.
