Railway Cup gets player's backing

Dublin's Ciaran Whelan has backed Ulster boss Brian McEniff's claims that the GAA need to promote the Railway Cup much better.

McEniff said: "I'm a hotelier and if I want to fill beds I have to advertise, it should be the same for the GAA if they want to fill seats."
