Decision due on Tipp hurling job
A decision is to be made next week on the heir to the Tipperary senior hurling management throne vacated by former boss Nicky English.
The eight person committee who have been appointed to find a successor to the former Allstar and double All-Ireland medal winner have been busy in recent times interviewing potential candidates for the job.
Ken Hogan, John McIntyre, Michael Doyle, Paddy McCormack, Liam Sheedy, Michael Cleary and Dinny Cahill have all been mentioned for the position and it has not yet been made clear about the position of current selector Jack Bergin.
The committee are expected to bring a proposal to the full meeting of the County Board in the coming week.
