GAA Limerick official stepping down
Limerick chairman Donal Fitzgibbon will not seek re-election at December's County Board convention.
Fitzgibbon, who has been in the position for the last five years, will step down along with Treasurer Michael Fitzgerald.
Just this week Limerick appointed a new senior hurling manager with Dave Keane, manager of Sunday's U-21 All-Ireland final hopefuls against Galway, getting the nod to succeed Eamonn Cregan.
