Kerry and Donegal have had their proposed €7,500 fines reduced to €5,000 following a Central Hearings Committee (CHC) meeting in Croke Park on Wednesday night.

Both counties accepted their players were out of order but had queried the size of the fines recommended by the Central Competitions Control Committee (CCCC). The CHC deemed the unruly scenes in the first half fell into the middle range of financial punishments.

Neither Kerry nor Donegal are expected to bring their cases to the Central Appeals Committee about a decision, which falls in line with similar incidents brought to the attention of the CHC.
